When contacting us, you agree to provide accurate business details, legitimate staffing needs, realistic job descriptions and authorized contact information. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding services contract, guarantee a candidate supply, or reserve workers. Proposals and timelines are subject to written confirmation.

We use reasonable care in coordinating workforce solutions, but candidate availability, suitability, visa or work authorization decisions, deployment dates and retention cannot be guaranteed. Decisions by employers, authorities and independent service providers may affect outcomes. Any service-level commitments must be expressly agreed in writing.

6. Transportation and Accommodation

Where included in an agreed engagement, we may arrange or coordinate travel and accommodation support for deployed workers. Responsibilities for booking, payment, standards, changes and cancellations will be specified in the relevant written agreement and must comply with applicable law. Website descriptions alone do not create a promise that all engagements include these services.

Fees, payment schedules, refunds, replacement terms and cancellation arrangements are established in written proposals or contracts with employer clients. No fee may be charged contrary to applicable recruitment, employment or anti-trafficking laws. This website does not process payments unless expressly stated elsewhere.
